This was my first in-house design position and it proved to be a very rewarding experience. Given much freedom to explore and redefine the brand guidelines, it developed quite naturally as I designed a full range of projects including: 
- print marketing flyers and brochures
- photoshoot art direction
- internal building signs
- event posters 
- marketing campaigns
- large-scale banners for fairs 
- online banner ads
- website design and management
Every project no matter how small or large proved to be an opportunity to better understand and define the brand but also let it grow and evolve. Having the opportunity to observe day-to-day operations, and interact and develop close relationships with the staff and students, provided a great sense of fulfillment to me as a designer as I could better understand the challenges that my design needed to solve.
